    FOUNDER & HEAD COACH

    It all begins with an idea. Phil has dedicated his life to supporting individuals with their health and fitness journeys. His years of experience include being Australian Section Manager for the Beijing Olympics in 2008, the Olympics Test Event in London in 2011 and the Olympics in London in 2012. Phil has spent decades dedicating his time to the sport and supporting various world championship events, Commonwealth Games and acting as a Director on multiple committees including the Oceania Boxing Federation and Boxing Australia.

    More recently Phil was appointed as the President and Chairperson for the boxing Australia Board of Directors.

    His love for boxing transpired into a building a fitness and coaching gym within the Riverland where he has dedicated his time into training and building a robust program for local residents.

  • RYAN GOODES

    FITNESS COACH

    Ryan completed his Diploma in Fitness in 2017 and has been a competitive athlete from 2009 until 2021. Ryan has competed in local, state, national and international competitions and has been working in the fitness industry for over 8 years.

    His passion and dedication to the industry and to health and wellbeing in general lead him to start operating Top Team Health and Wellbeing in 2021 adding an additional branch to the Top Team brand.

    Top Team Health and Wellbeing is an organisation focused on providing support mentoring and wellbeing services to the Riverland and Mallee communities focusing both on NDIS and non-NDIS participants.

  • CALEB KLIX

    BOXING/FITNESS COACH

    Caleb came to Top Team Fitness and Boxing crew in 2020 and originally started training for fitness. He remained focused and when he achieved his goal he took on the role of Boxing/Fitness Coach in the gym. As an accredited Level 1 Boxing Coach you will find him in the gym running general boxing classes for the intermediate and high performance groups each week.

    Caleb has previously boxed in previous competition bouts as a competitive boxer and has a passion for teaching others the skills and benefits of boxing.
